Not only does this make an excellent chest rub, it is a wound cleanser and healer.  The warming properties of pine help to expel muscous and open up your sinuses.  It soothes and increases blood flow.  I use it under my nose when it's chapped from a cold.
As a wound healer, this salve is antibacterial,  antimicrobial,  anti-inflammatory,  natural antiseptic 
We haven't tried, but it would probably work for acne.
Ingredients:
Organic EVOO, pine needles and sap, spearmint,  usnea, bee balm, plantain,  raw beeswax
