Shipping Policy
We typically ship USPS. We will try and find the best rates possible. Some items are made to order. We are a family first and it may take a few days to make your item and get it packaged to ship. If you need a rush on your order, or need it by a certain date, please make sure to let us know!
Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product, please let us know. We can replace it, but do not offer return shipping. We do not offer refunds. If for some reason you cannot make your class appointment, we can transfer your ticket to a later class.
Recycle and Reuse Program
Please return our egg cartons for us to reuse, we will give you a discount of .50 for your next dozen. Any glass jars or bottles you bring back will give you a $1.00 credit to your future order.
Pick Up Orders
If you'd prefer to pick up your order, please contact us and we can leave your item out for you to pick up at your convenience. You are also welcome to pick up at one of our monthly markets.
